O projekcie

Since 2008, the Lingaro Group has been recognized by clients and global research and consulting firms for its innovation, technological excellence, and consistent delivery of top-quality data services. As a comprehensive partner for global brands and enterprises, it guides clients through the entire data journey—from strategy and development to operations and implementation, helping them fully leverage the value of their data. The company's mission and business profile are reflected in its new office, located on Puławska Street in Warsaw. The office space at Lingaro's new Warsaw headquarters spans over 3,000 square meters across two floors. The first floor comprises 1,053.20 square meters, featuring a 68-square-meter break room with a kitchenette, seven conference rooms (10-41 square meters), and dedicated open-plan workspaces. The second floor comprises 2,048.22 square meters. It includes a break room with a kitchenette with a total area of 157.47 sq m, a coffee point, a game room with a kitchenette (46 sq m), 17 conference rooms ranging from 10 to 100 sq m, a creative work room (30 sq m), three individual work rooms, separate open-plan spaces, and a chill-out zone. The impressive space, guaranteeing freedom and comfort, reflects Lingaro's position in the international market, guaranteeing friendly working conditions for its employees. The main design objective was to create an employee-friendly office with a homely atmosphere and corporate accents, while also taking into account the company's existing equipment. From a functional perspective, the investor wanted the space to be open-plan, with the spaces to be divided into smaller spaces for up to 18 employees. The layout of various areas for team and individual work, as well as numerous conference rooms, was also an important aspect. A clear, functional, and space-friendly layout that supported both individual and teamwork was the first challenge we faced. The designated rooms needed to be designed so that each formed a cohesive part of the overall space while also standing out from the rest. The starting point was the company's mission, its international reach, and the range of services provided. Hence, the guiding idea for the conference rooms is based on the cities where the company's main branches are located. The conference rooms in the reception area are designed in subdued colors, while those accessible to employees stand out with their vibrant color scheme. Each room has its own unique color, accentuated by the ceiling. The Mexico City room, where a figure of Frida Khalo dominates the aquamarine wall, is considered the most colorful. The game room is dominated by the company's colors – shades of purple and navy blue. The ceiling, made of black, gray, and white tiles, reflects the room's theme – reminiscent of checkerboards or pixels on a monitor. Additional elements that enhance the atmosphere include cyberpunk wallpaper, a neon sign reading "Game Over," and a pixelated wall decoration that also serves as an acoustic barrier. Users can enjoy a variety of amenities: a game console, an arcade machine, ping-pong, and a fully equipped kitchenette and relaxation areas. The multi-functional break room is located in the corner of the building and is divided into several zones. The lounge area, with its soft, comfortable furniture, is separated from the other areas by mobile partitions. From here, you can admire the views of the bustling city or play board games. The dining area features long tables for larger groups of employees, as well as individual tables and high tables at the facade and kitchen island. The room is also equipped with a sound system and two monitors for group presentations. The ceilings in each room deserve special attention. The reception area features a circular slatted ceiling with a perforated frame, from which lush greenery hangs. In the game room, an interesting mosaic motif was achieved by using a standard modular ceiling in three colors. In the chillout zones, a warm material was chosen in the form of islands made of wood wool in a natural color.
